As part of the high-quality services we offer, we provide FREE diagnosis of your hard drive or other storage medium.
This evaluation of the problem takes 1-2 days and includes the following stages:
Initial assessment of the severity of the damage
- Execution of specialized diagnostic tests to determine the nature and extent of the damage
- Opening the disk/medium and examining its internal mechanical parts (if required).
- Market research for sourcing compatible spare parts or checking their availability in the existing stock (if required).
- Completion of the diagnostic check with informing the customer about the chances of recovery, the cost, and the time required to recover their data, based on the previous stages.
ALL incoming data recovery cases are considered URGENT PRIORITY and are handled as such, with no extra charge.
The diagnostic check is NON-INVASIVE. If it is deemed that we need to intervene in your storage medium (e.g., opening it in the Clean Room), you will be informed of this in order to give us the relevant permission (as it will void its warranty).

EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to withdraw from the free diagnostic check agreement if deemed necessary.
This usually concerns cases where the storage medium has suffered extensive damage externally or internally due to poor handling of the medium by third parties, third-party experiments, vandalism, sabotage, etc.
In such cases, a pricing policy that is determined in advance applies, and it remains at the discretion of the customer whether to accept it or not.
Opened hard drives sent to our labs for diagnosis, whether opened by their owner or another “recovery lab,” continue to enjoy free diagnostic check, unless sabotage, vandalism, or extreme poor workmanship is found as mentioned above.
