Free shipping of media for evaluation

To send us a disk or other storage medium for diagnosis, follow these simple steps:

1. 1. Print and sign the confidentiality agreement.
   2. Package the disk according to the instructions you will find here, if possible. Do not forget to include the confidentiality agreement inside the package.
      ATTENTION! The diagnosis process cannot begin without the confidentiality agreement.
      If you do not include it, there will be a delay as we will need to contact you to send it to us.
   3. -Optionally, for your convenience- Print this packing slip to send the package to our labs in Athens or this packing slip to send it to our labs in Thessaloniki and attach it to the outside of the package.
   4. -Optionally- to take advantage of the free shipping service to our headquarters, fill out the application from here. Once you do this, a representative will contact you to confirm that the package is ready and that the information you provided is correct.
   5. If you do not take advantage of the free shipping service, you can use any courier company you want, at your own shipping cost. Please do not use regular ELTA mail.
